You could just write the directions in speedwalk format and select "send to speedwalk". That would send each command with the delay you have specified in the options window.

You might as well break down and write a little bot, since thats what it sounds like you need.
Its probably easiest to have a script keep track of where you are in the speedwalk, and then have it move you everytime you get some message (or after a second, or whatnot), and then pause the script when your trigger for the mob (thatd be one trigger, which would turn off the script, or disable it), and then that trigger also attacks the mob.
