| I am pleased to release version 3.48 of MUSHclient. This version fixes various bugs, and adds various new exciting features. See the release notes for more details.
The main new features are:
- Script function to remove backtracks from speedwalks
- Multi-line triggers - you can now match a batch of lines
- Named wildcards in regular expressions - you can now refer to wildcards by name as well as sequence number
- Increased number of wildcards in triggers and aliases from 9 to 999
- Improved error message dialog if you make an error in a regular expression
- Various bug fixes
- Various other helpful improvements
WARNING - version 3.48 is a bit experimental because of the large numbers of changes.
You are strongly advised to BACK UP (make a copy of) all your existing world files (and any other files that MUSHclient produces, such as triggers, aliases etc.) before using this version.
