Ok i see theres a makeship but i dont understand how after i set myself a couple vnum and rename the rooms and use makeship darrik.are phantom engineer i have no idea how to do the exitflags or any of that

It's not. Crimson Editor is just a text editor.

As for the building question, not many of us here are familiar with SWR. You might be better asking on a SWR forum.

Like I said, I don't really know SWR. So I don't visit any SWR forums.

As for more stuff that would help, look over the code and docs.

You downloaded your code from http://www.mudbytes.net/ - why not ask on their forums? They may know more about SWRIP than we do.
