I have been using this site for quite a while and decided to give some Input.

well among the great codebases that are featured here, i notice that circlemud gets very little mention. I will admit that smaug, ROM and SWR are great bases but i think you should also put on circlemud. And actually even better then that is TBAmud's more advanced version. It has some great features and is very stable, in fact i have tried to crash it and well, i have not been able to once.

Also it has the coolest automap feature, and the scripting for the triggers (or programs in smaug talk) is really fun to do as a builders perspective, anyways just thought i would voice that once.

Do mean, add a forum section for it? So far CircleMud has only had a few mentions over the last few years. I can certainly create a section for it if there is interest, but for now you are welcome to post in Muds -> General section.

well kinda. I can see why it gets very little mention, the base Circle is not the best base in the world, but CWG has a pretty decent one, well 3 actually. But TBA is a great one. it has a automap feature and the Oasis OLC witch is by far the most user friendly one i have ever seen myself. It is also very stable and really easy to use. i just wanted to put that out there as, SMAUG, SWR, and ROM are all great bases and i think that it stands with them pretty strong, and also since new realises are made constantly as it is always under development by some pretty great coders. OH yea the DG scripts are also very fun to make, and in my opinion a little easier then SMAUG programs but that is just me, heh. I just think that it deserves a mention at least, and that is pretty much all i am doing is giving it mention. www.tbamud.com is where the base is downloadable, just so you know

I can think of one valid reason why not to have a Circle section here, and thats because TBA already has an extensive developers forum, coders, builders and support forum where those who are interested in TBA can get assistance from those who specialize in the base.

There are also a number of other sites by different members of the TBA team who have help websites devoted to circle, Fizban and "insert name here" have websites dedicated to Tba/circle and DG scripts.

Just a guy having a bit of fun. Nothing more, nothing less, I do not need I WIN to feel validated.
