Also is there a link to the help files for Mush, I'm on windows 7 so no help for me, so if I could get a link I could probably convert most of this over myself I just really need to know the proper structure to do everything with

The help files can be downloaded from here as individual HTML files:

http://www.gammon.com.au/files/mushclient/mushclient_help_4.50.zip

(just unzip that, and then open any file, they all have a link back to the contents).

Alternatively, this post shows how to get help working under Windows 7:
