Well, now that I have PennMUSH running, what do I do set it up on the web so that my friends can play, before I've fully finished building the world? I need a lot of specifics and what I need to get it running.

You might want to check out www.pennmush.org. They have a lot of details about PennMUSH.

Also, they operate a MUSH called M*U*S*H where people are willing to answer questions.
