| I'm trying to figure out a way to write specific chunks of output to file after catching them with a trigger. Particularly, I want to pick up MUSH/MUX pages from a specific person and write them to a separate file. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to go about this, as there doesn't seem to be a relevant option in the Send To drop box. There's an option to send it to the Log File, but I want this placed in a separate file. I can send things to a Notepad window, but would prefer to not have to manage it if at all possible.
The trigger itself is:
... and I'd like to take what that catches and append it directly to, say, "player.txt", preferably in MUSHclient's default log directory.
Is there something I'm missing that would make this very easy to do? | | Top |
