| Iv been working with the lua server lama as my base on my own mud system for the last month or so because iv found I was enjoy writing code for pluggins more then I was playing muds. So I started simple and just added my own mini card game because I read somewhere to make a small game to teach you the basics. That was succesfull and I been adding more to what was already there for practice and to help me learn . I have been reworking everything slowly ever sence. The same thing keeps holding me back though and thats that id really like to add more protocol support and color support so the more I add and do the more I will have to redo when that happens.
KaVir's protocol snippet seems to be the answer to my problem but im new to programing and havent been able to crack this nut by reading the lua manual and looking up things online. Im hoping somone here could shed some light on how the whole lua api would be applied to the snippet to do what I need. | Top |

| That's a pretty general question. Can you be more specific? |
