Hmm...

I suppose I would capture all lines and keep track of each batch of five consecutive lines.
Then if lines 2 and 4 in the most recent batch of 5 lines are "↖ | ↗" and "↙ | ↘", then I would split lines 1 and 5 on whitespace and line 3 on dashes ( http://lua-users.org/wiki/SplitJoin ).

It might be possible with a multi line trigger but you need to be patient getting it correct.
