How can I set up the spells for specific classes, ie: at level 10 Mages get this spell or level 4 they get these spells etc... Thanks

The magic system isn't written so that a class gets a spell when they reach a particular level... read

Having said that you can set the approximate level a particular class will get a spell. This is an approximate because players can teach each other spells and study scrolls to learn spells in addition to a chance of gaining the spell when they level. Read "help -class" For details on this.
