| In regards to the plugin from this thread
http://gammon.com.au/forum/?id=9454
I saw you were able to make the plugin stay on screen when the window was inactive but I've only just realised that the plugin won't update if the window isn't active making it kind of pointless to use on an inactive window.
Is there any way to make it update like normal if mushclient is an inactive window? | | Top |

| It should update even if the window is inactive.
Can you describe exactly what you are doing? You are checking a different world (MUD) or are browsing the Internet or something and keeping an eye on the other window? |

| | Browsing the internet and I got the mushclient taskbar icon flashing but I could see no new information in the plugin and it wasn't until I tabbed back into mushclient that the plugin updated with the new information. | | Top |

| Sorry to waste your time with this. I just turned off 'flash taskbar with new activity' and the problem has gone away, it updates like it should even in the background. I swear it wasn't updating earlier however when the 'flash taskbar' box was checked.
EDIT: I still think the plugin window doesn't update unless MUSHclient is in focus. Either way I'm going to back to opening two different windows when I play my MUD, one for scrollback and one so I can see incoming text. | | Top |
