It appears to me that there may be a bug involving the <version> tag with full debug... I was able to reproduce twice with Fwongo's help that if <version> is sent to a client while it's in full-debug mode, it'll continuously spam the mud with <ESC>[1z, and the version information is never actually sent.

Weird. I've changed the way it sends version responses in 3.13 to eliminate the possibility that it might be re-interpreted as an incoming <version> request.
