Er, yes it is. There have been various distractions recently, changing web sites being one of them.

It has been so long I need to remember what I was doing exactly. Say, fairly soon?

Its in the release notes, because that way we can see what has been done thus far (Nick also posts "this will be included in the next version" messages in the forums).
It has no date next to it because it hasn't been released yet. That's how you can tell in the future, instead of having to scour the forums for the release.
