It seems to be a subtle side-effect from the Accelerator command introduced a few versions back.
That captured some messages to make sure that if you added an accelerator (eg. changed Ctrl+C to something else) that it didn't still show up as Ctrl+C on the Edit menu.
It seems that this process had the side-effect of causing some of these problems. |
