Icon Bar Plugin will not load images

No matter what I do, the icon bar plugin can not load the images. Always says
Could not load image 'D:\MUSHclient\eb.bmp'

tried as png, they are32x32 and in the location as listed above.

Any hints?

Can you link to which plugin you're trying? I see more than one in the forum that meets the "icon bar plugin" description.

Tried running as admin and check perms for file. all seems okay.
