Improvements to documentation

The documentation at this site has been improved in a few ways...

  1. Script functions no longer cross-reference themselves (eg. AddTimer used to say "see also ... AddTimer").
  2. Various general topics now cross-reference each other (eg. Groups cross-reference Triggers and vice-versa).
  3. A few extra items have been added, for example explaining wildcards in aliases better.
