waiting for a statement to come up and responding to it using a variable in it

I need help with making a script that waits for:

You realize you should review whats on page 543!

to happen and then respond with the same number that that line said, it responds randomly with a number between 1-1000, and responding with what ever number comes up, ie:

study review 543

i'm not sure about vbscript, I know regular vb quite well but i'm not sure how I should use it within the mushclient itself. any ideas? please let me know, thanks.

The easiest thing would be to just make a trigger

"You realize you should review what's on page *!"
