He's mostly stopped scripting plugins these days, but he has archives on his own page here:

Is anyone still using these? His elixsum plugin doesn't seem to be working at all.

If someone has an updated version or is willing to help update it that would be awesome. I can't seem to find another "elixsum" type plugin for Achaea.

His elixsum works just fine.
