MCCP: Codebase support

Several mud server codebases can be made to support MCCP, currently all via patches to the standard codebase.

• Patch against CircleMUD 3.0bpl16 [MCCP1?] thanks to George Greer. Patches against other versions are also there, dig around a bit.
• Patch against Envy 2.2 [MCCP1] thanks to Bobby Bailey.
• Patch against ROM 2.4b4 [MCCP1] (not deeply tested).
• Patch against ROT 1.4 [MCCP1] thanks to Sauron.
• Patch against SMAUG 1.4a [MCCP1+2] thanks to Jesse DeFer aka Garil.
• AFKMud supports [MCCP2] natively.
• Dawn of Time supports [MCCP2] natively.
• Mindcloud 2 supports [MCCP2] natively.
• Color Cube Codebase supports [MCCP2] natively.
• Dystopia supports [MCCP1] natively.
• SocketMud supports [MCCP1+2].
• DalekenMUD, derived from the Envy codebase, supports versions 1 and 2 and has source code available.
