Downloading DoT

For some reason when I attempt to download:
dawn1.69p_win32bin.zip 21-Mar-2002 07:32 693k
It doesn't create a zip file in winzip - once it finishes downloading.

I also tried:
dawnsrc1.69p.tgz 29-Dec-2001 21:02 1.2M
But it won't begin downloading.

I could use some help with this.

The zip file is definately okay, when I upload any release, I download it and check. I suggest trying right click - save target as... Then load it in winzip from where you save it.
