Obj/Mob/Room Use needed?

If I delete a bunch of rooms out of the stock areas and I do an area check it returns lots of unused items. Will it run okay if I just leave them unused but still existant?

Yes, they don't have to be used. The warning is just so you don't forget to use them if you are building an area.
