Create simple MiniWindow to display text

Hi, I am a new Aardwolf player.

Is there a plugin to create a miniwindow that displays text? Like a miniwindow for notes. I would like to list all my spells/skills and refer to it.

It would be great if there was a plugin that lets me click on buttons to trigger certain actions such as attacks.
