Accidentally dragged something and now client is messed up

Please look at this picture. I was trying to drag in command line to copy some text and accidentally drug something. Now no matter what I do I can't get window back to normal.

I finally figured it out. The Info bar was somehow on and very large. I turned off info bar and it is fine.
