Better multi-monitor support

I'd like to see MUSHclient save it's window positioning when it's not positioned on the primary monitor. When I had it on the primary, it saved it's positioning fine, which was just maximized to take up the whole monitor. I've recently swapped things around and I now use MUSHclient on my secondary monitor. However, whenever I start MUSHclient, it always starts as an unmaximized window on the primary monitor. I have to move it to the secondary and maximize it every time I open it.

It remembers its window co-ordinates, however as a safety check if they are off the screen it doesn't use them. This is so that if you somehow reposition the window off the screen (eg. after changing from high resolution to low resolution) you can still see it.
