How do I create an admin on the win32 pre-compiled binary, i've search through this forum section and through all the help docs that was provided with the latest download.

I would assume you create a new char, save, quit, then edit the pfile up to the max lvl.
What's the max Level/Stats a player can have?
65, I believe. Stats are 25, I think, but you can always mset those on yourself afterwards.
What are the commands for admim, also how can I create new items with stats?
That should all be covered in helpfiles or docs. I'm not really sure myself, I've rarely used Rom.
One last thing, what's the gods/ folder used for and how can I maully enter my own information, the file that is there "File" is empty.
I think it's for storing the vnums that have been assigned to builders. I don't think you need/want to edit it by hand.
But, like Zeno, I've rarely used ROM so I don't know exactly how this works, I'm just guessing here that it's similar to SMAUG.
