Is there somewhere where i can get a full list of mp commands such as mpecho and mpmload?

Also how do you refill a pipe?

Have you looked in the directory doc/mudprogs -> file "doc"? That lists quite a few of them, and describes what they do.

Also look in system/commands.dat.
