When I enable "All typing goes in command window" and try to copy something with Ctrl + C it doesn't work, mainly because it switches over to the command window. Anyway to fix this?

Well, Ctrl+C comes into the category of "all typing".

I know where you are coming from, but it isn't that easy to fix, partly because Ctrl+C is really a couple of keystrokes at the operating system leve: Ctrl and then "C".

If I directed Ctrl to the command window, but then you typed something else (like M) then the Ctrl has gone to the wrong window. However if I wait, and then direct the "C" to the command window maybe it wasn't preceded by Ctrl.

I suggest you go to the Output window configuration and check "Copy selection to clipboard" - then when you select something it is automatically copied, and you don't need to press Ctrl+C at all.

Alternatively, right-mouse click after selecting text, and choose "copy".
