| The default (in memory) flags are geared towards stock SMAUG areas, and should open them, even if unregistered. Various things (like skill names) are different in ROM, and you will probably have trouble opening stock ROM with it (although you could create a ROM area from scratch).
The intention is that you see if it does generally what you want by playing with a SMAUG area or two, and if so, register it and then you can customise the flags (in the customisation files) for both ROM and SMAUG. |
