I have all my awesome custom areas. I want to use all my custom areas instead of the areas in SMAUG. How do I set it so that I start the game in my own custom area and everything branches off of that? Help me out here Nick!

This is covered in my SMAUG FAQ: How do I make a MUD with all my own areas in it?
