I have the windows version of Smaug. Is there a way for me to put mxp support into it? all the ways to add mxp support don't seem to fit the window's version of smaug. any help would be greatly appreciated! THANX!!

Have you seen my MXP patch? I think that was on the Windows version. In any case there is a diff file that should apply it correctly. It is smaug1.4a_mxp_diffs.gz

I am working on it. I applied the patch OK, however the finished result doesn't work quite as smoothly as I hoped, so I am looking into that.

Are you talking about a source version or an executable version?

I downloaded and have been using the smaug server for windows, so it is pre-compiled. I cant add the mxp stuff to it since it is pre-compiled. So some sort of an executable that would patch the compiled file in some way or another, I don't know much about coding it, would be really cool. Thanx!

I patched the MXP changes into the Windows version and have uploaded a executable and source file. These are at:

Executable, with area files etc ...

ftp://ftp.gammon.com.au/smaug/smaug1.4a_win_mxp.zip

Source only
