minvoke <keyword of mob>
Syntax: oinvoke <vnum>
oinvoke <keyword of obj>
oinvoke <vnum/keyword of obj> <level>
MINVOKE invokes an instance of the mobile specified.
OINVOKE invokes an copy of the object specified. It accepts an optional
parameter for the level of the object to be invoked.

Example:
minvoke 21068
You invoke the guard (#21068 - guard - lvl 14)
