The Curse spell lasts FOREVER, is there a way I can shorten how long this spell effects players?

When I use orb and give a shopkeeper a new item to sell, I go ingame and even after reset he still doens't sell it, why?

If I want to make an object that a player has to use and it casts a certain spell at something, how do I do this? For example, a Whistle and when ever a player uses it, it casts like...firebreathing or something.

Hard to say without seeing a sample. It doesn't normally do that, naturally.
