| I want to make it so when you say a certain word or phrase in front of a mob he will create a portal to another mobile. First of all does mana matter to mobs, and do their spells fail? Second of all how would I create this program?

| | With a well enough written mprog, spells dont even enter the equation. Easiest way to do what you were asking about with the portal is run a speech trigger and have the mob oload a portal the chars can enter when they're ready. If you wanted to make the transfer automatic and not give the players time to prepare before entering the portal you could have the mob force them to enter it or just have the mob transfer them and skip the portal entirely. |

| Nevermind, I figured oload out. Now I can't figure how to make an object that works like a portal. I set the type to portal, then what do I do?

| | If you go the junk object route just go with gtransfer and make life easy. As for setting up a portal object, youll need to define the charges(how many ppl can pass thru) and destination room fields. |
