| It seems there is a bug with Bamfin and Bamfout. I set them like so:
Bamfin: Anavel cackles as he appears in a swirl of dark mist.
Bamfout: Anavel jumps into the air and yells "Solar Flare" emitting a bright flash of light.
When I got on another char to check it, this is what appeared when I type the command goto Obed on Anavel:

So how do I fix this if it is possible? :P
Oh and when I type invis on Anavel it shows this on Obed:
Someone slowly fades into thin air.
Is there a way to remove the "someone" and add the name of the person who types invis? | | Top |

| | Couple thoughts, if your seeing your bamfout and then your bamfin as your 2nd character, your likely in the same room, leaving, and not really going anywhere, you goto, so the code displays that your leaving, your bamfout. Then you enter the room, and it displays your bamfin. As to the second part, check do_invis, I beleive that it called the act function, in which it calls NAME, where if your set with invis, it displays "someone" instead of your name. You can do two things, either make it an echo to the room, or something similiar, not using act, or you can put part that sets you invis after the message, that will display your name, then make you invisible, problem is that it will say "someone fades back into existance", dunno what your looking for, better to use something besides act, I guess. Please excuse the rambling, no sleep. Hope that helps, though. |
