cygwin hates my pc for some reason, and the massive size of the cygwin program itself makes me leary to use it, as I'm already running low on disk space using win xp on only a 4gb hd.

In the past I used borland to compile circle code bases, but I don't know what path to use or even how to begin figureing it out.

If anyone knows how to use borland to compile smaug's source code, I would greatly appreciate help with it. For now I guess i'll keep trying with cygwin...
