I have the "all typing gets sent to command window" option checked, and it works for normal typing (text), however, when I try to use a macro, after clicking the output window(highlighting, or just clicking (such as setting focus on MushClient)), the Macro doesnt send.

My Macro is sent to "send now", however, it also doesnt work for either of the other two options, so I dont think this has anything to do with it.

It will however work, if I type a letter, and then click the macro (I assume that re-sets the focus on the command window?)

Is this a bug? or why is it set that way?

This is a known bug, see Pressing the macro keys (F-keys) when the focus is in the output window does not work.
