I hope the Plugin ID does not contain anything that can be derived into a registration code for MUSHClient?

Absolutely not.

It is a hash of a GUID, which itself is derived from your MAC address of your ethernet card, and the current date and time (and other things).

Being a hash someone cannot even work out the MAC address of your network card, which conceivably might have been used for some obscure attack, and it is totally unrelated to your MUSHclient registration code.
