For some reason..any time i get says, or channel talks that are longer than 80 chars they are wrapped..what's up with that?

I have my word wrap OFF ... and it still happens..

When it's on..i set it to 200...so..what?

Yes, some muds wrap for you. There is usually a command to turn it off, like "wrap".
