Does anyone know how I would be able to code the classes to have built skills, and skipping that customize screen.

Also are there any good sites for skill and spell snippets.

Check out MudMagic.com for snippets.

Heh sorry for the long delay in the post (hard drive overheated and died on me) anyhow ROM usually goes through like a customization process where you select your skills and spells based upon the characters Class. I want to be able to create a class with skills already pre-defined instead of having the whole custom thing kick in.

Tartarus I think has an example of how to do it. Extremely lengthy changes to comm.c's Nanny function and also how stuff is stored.
