If GetInfo 245 is this:

245 - Count of number of triggers that matched (long)

However, when I run a function that counts the number of times each one of my triggers matched, like below, I get a different number.

function GetTriggCount ()
tcount = 0

for k, v in ipairs (world.GetTriggerList()) do
  tcount = tcount + world.GetTriggerInfo (v, 21)
end  -- for

world.Note (tcount)

end

I discovered that if I have a trigger match on a particular color the GetInfo 245 counter will increment by 1 if the trigger would have otherwised matched if the colors matched. The individual trigger counter does not increment because the colors don't match.

Assuming that GetInfo is suppose to equal the cumulative sum of all the trigger matches, then the bug would be with GetInfo increasing on unmatched color triggers.
