I am wanting to know how to plug MUSHclient into an irc chat. I have been trying to find out via forums but I cant find anything that helps me set it up. How do I set MUSHclient up to an IRC?

Your statement of the problem is not useful.

You haven't said what goal you are trying to accomplish. You haven't said what you tried doing to accomplish your goal. You haven't said what didn't work when you tried. You haven't said what you don't understand about why what you tried didn't work. So now I can't say an answer.

As far as I can tell, the readme file that comes with the plugin has perfect clear, concise instructions. So you need to be really explicit about why they don't work for you.
