| Silly me, I still go to a few muds and mushes and the like, and the raw environs of IRC, while powerful, just don;t do it aright. It seems there are still tens of thousands of MUCK users who would find such a utility a decent effort, and can it be THAT difficult to came MUSHclient into a compact, self-contained package?
I'd love to see it, I'd offer to help if I had the ability, but I can ask, on the best of thousands who'd use it eagerly, since nothing else is available.
Plenty of IRC and terminal emulators, plenty of IM services, plenty of other styles of comm software, but most of those who started on Muds and MUCKS are still seeking something to fill the gap. | | Top |

You may lose some scripting support without the associated registry keys but if all you need is chat capability, I'd be surprised if MC can't do that as is. |

We moved away from registry keys ages ago. It should be self-contained on a USB stick, because global settings are stored in a SQLite3 database, in the same directory as the executable. |
