Ive just downloaded the Cygwin setup.exe,and ran it and choose 'Install from the internet',after install i get this error when i try to run the cygwin.exe/bat:

You have other cygwin1.dll's installed,please delete all of them exept for the newest who should be in the cygwin\bin directory.

Ive deleteted them all exept for the newest dll, but i cant delete the other dll in the C:\WINDOWS\repairx folder,can anyone help?

Be sure you have turned off the system option to hide system folders and such otherwise you may never find the directory. Another option is to just type the folder path into the windows explorer address bar and access it that way. If you are unable to delete it due to access errors, try booting into safe mode and deleting it. If windows is loading the dll from that directory in its normal startup routine you wont be able to delete it except in safe mode or dos mode (may not be available depending on windows version).
